The Ghana Cleft Foundation (GCF) climaxed the year 2024 with a get-together for the kids and the KATH Cleft Team. The event, which was held on the 1st of January 2024 at the Greenwood Event Center at Asokwa, Kumasi Ghana saw in attendance the President of the GCF Prof. Peter Donkor and her Vice, Prof G. Plange-Rhule.

Over 400 mothers and children gathered to have fun and socialise. It was all joy when Prof Donkor cut the cake to celebrate his 70th birthday with the children and the cleft team. A lot of well wishes were said to him by the children and the team.

Games that took place were a dancing competition, Lime & Spoon games, Table Tanis, Musical chairs and many more. The children also had the opportunity to play in a bouncy castle and trampoline. Toy cars were also made available for the Kids to drive around.

All participants were fed and refreshed with non-alcoholic drinks. Kudus to the organising Team, Smile Train and the GCF for providing a lot of SMILES in the year 2024.
