Ghana Cleft Foundation's Journey of Smile event

The Journey of Smile (JOS) was done on the 14th of August 2026, it is a heart-warming program that brings together children born with cleft, their parents, dedicated SmileTrain team members, and the Ghana Cleft Foundation. This special day is filled with joy and laughter as everyone comes together to celebrate life and the power of a smile.

The event features exciting activities like the classic chair dance, lime & spoon races, bottle filling challenges, the Jumping Fun Game, and a lively water pong session. Each game sparks laughter and unity, reminding all participants that every smile is a journey of courage and happiness. It is not just a day of fun, but a celebration of community, support, and the beautiful transformations made possible through care and compassion.
