Ms. Ernestina Obour-Tabi
Asst Administrator

Ms. Ernestina Obour-Tabi is a KNUST Graduate, community advocate, and former cleft lip and palate patient. She currently serves as the Assistant Administrator at the Ghana Cleft Foundation.

 

With a strong passion for social welfare, counseling, human behavior, and community development, Ms. Ernestina brings a people-centered approach to her work. She has gained practical experience through counseling and social work roles at KNUST Hospital, the KNUST Peer Counselling Center, and Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, where she contributed to client support, crisis response, and multidisciplinary healthcare collaboration.

 

She serves as the Conference Room Manager for the NCCC and is a member of its Outreach Committee, where she supports the planning and coordination of programs and community engagement activities. Driven by empathy and a passion for service, she remains dedicated to promoting awareness, empowerment, and positive social change for individuals living with cleft conditions.
